Who we are

This website, ventures.atomicscaling.com, is operated by Atomic Scaling Ventures, part of Atomic Scaling by Ludovic Bodin. Contact: ludovic@atomicscaling.com.

What we collect

This is a static website. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The only personal data we receive is what you submit through the forms on this site:

• Founder pitches — your name, email, and the company details you provide.
• Partner enquiries — your name, email, organization and message.

How we use it

Form submissions are processed by the atomicscaling.com application and used to review your pitch or enquiry and to reply to you. Submissions may also add your email address to the Atomic Scaling newsletter list; every newsletter email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is processed

Submissions are handled by our self-hosted infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, EU region) and our email service provider (Kit). This site itself is served by GitHub Pages, which may log standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) as described in GitHub's privacy statement. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard request data when the page loads.

Retention and your rights

We keep submissions for as long as they are relevant to an active conversation or our records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to ludovic@atomicscaling.com.
